Wuhan Chuqiang Shengshi Ceramics Equipment Co., Ltd is an enterprise supported by Wuhan University of Technology (National key university) specialized in design of automatic ceramic kiln, ceramic technics as well as technology service and equipment integration.
Our company is one of the earliest enterprises established in China mainly for ceramics kiln equipment research and development as well as production. Kilns and relevant products are renowned in the market because of their high-tech, advanced technology and stable quality. From 1988, our company has constructed hundreds of oil and gas burning ceramic production line in Dongguan, Quanzhou, Minqing, Changle, Zhangping of Guangdong province; Qingdao, Zibo, Linyi of Shandong province; Tangshan of Hebei province and Jingmen of Hubei province. In 2002, we’ve established 5 coal gas roller kilns for Linyi Huasheng Group, all designed by computers, assembled and adjusted in the local factory. Now all of them have been put into production. The high grade ratio of the floor tiles and wall tiles have achieved above 95%. From 2003, more than 20 long product lines established in Zibo, Weifang and Zhucheng of Shandong province have been put into production. We’ve brought great profits to our customers and also contributed to the local economy.
Our company has been studying all the time to follow the latest technology. We are supported by university technology and experts. Now there are 13 persons with bachelor’s degree of ceramics technics, thermal engineering, mechanics and automatic control. 6 of them are senior engineer or professors. Most of them have more than 10 years’ experience in ceramics project and are capable of solving problems independently.
Our company also provides establishment service of ceramics roller kiln project and technology support. Moreover, we provide roller kiln’s relevant integration equipment (glazing line, conveyor and compensator for kiln etc.) We provide whole set of solving method according to the requirement of customers and we are trusted and recognized by them.
